“Challenge 2025 Librarians” is a workforce growth initiative launched by the American Library Affiliation (ALA) in 2015. Its purpose is to make sure that all librarians have the abilities and information they should meet the challenges of the twenty first century. The undertaking relies on the assumption that libraries are important to a thriving democracy and that librarians play an important position in making certain that everybody has entry to data and the abilities they want to reach the digital age.
