August 2025 marks a major milestone within the realm of house exploration. It’s the goal date for the launch of the extremely anticipated Artemis I mission, an important step in NASA’s bold plan to return people to the Moon by 2024.
The Artemis I mission shall be an uncrewed flight check of NASA’s Area Launch System (SLS) rocket and Orion spacecraft. The SLS is essentially the most highly effective rocket ever constructed, and Orion is the spacecraft that may carry astronauts to the Moon. The mission will even check the Gateway, a small house station that may function a staging level for future missions to the Moon and Mars.
